The remaining amount is to be paid 60 day(s) before arrival.
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
A refundable security deposit of €300 is due.
Booking Notes
1. A 20% non refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance being due 60 days before the holiday. A Euro 300 damage deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your departure. If the House must be shut (e.g. Covid), we will repay 100% we have received.
2. If you cancel the booking before the holiday the following cancellation charges apply
3. The house manager must be paid on arrival a) 175 Euros for cleaning, bed linen and towels; b) 2.00 Euro per person per day tourist tax for those guests over 14 (as of 2026); and c) 50 Euros per week for each pet. Guests can bring up to 2 pets.
4. Water, gas, wood, wifi and electricity are all included in the rental. Oil central heating, if used, is charged at E2.00 per litre.
5. You are able to pay in Sterling or in Euros either by credit card, bank transfer or the website payment system. Please note that if you book via VRBO or Booking they will charge you additional payment and service charges. Please see rental contract for full terms.
6. Changeover Day. Bookings are normally weekly from Saturday to Saturday - unless otherwise agreed with the owner. Arrival is between 17.00 and 20.00 hrs and departure before 10.00 am. Access to the house is via a gravel driveway and road, which may not be suitable for cars with a low suspension.
